About Sunny Boy

Before specialty coffee, there was a Sunny Boy.

Before we knew our washed coffees from our naturals, there was the Sunny Boy—that little frozen juice block in the triangular packet that was part of growing up in Australia.

Hot days. Mates. Summer holidays. Simple things that somehow stick with you.

That’s where the name came from.

Today, we’re a Melbourne-based Australian coffee roaster, sourcing great coffees from around the world and roasting them with care, character and a little bit of fun.

We’re not here to make coffee complicated. Just really good coffee, made to be enjoyed wherever the journey takes you.

We’re proud to share a vast range of coffee from farmers from all different regions of the world by roasting accordingly to showcase the origins’ natural characteristics in every brewing method.
